The 8th Annual Permian Basin Powwow Preview will be held at the MCM Mall in Odessa. Starting at about 1:00 until about 4:30. We will have dancers in full regalia and dancing to the native sounds. It is a time to inform the public about the upcoming powwow.
Luis Tijerina and Carolina McDowell will be having a reception at Kessler's (3204 W. Wall) in Midland at 7:00 PM. Granny Vena will do the Apache tying the knot ceremony as an additional blessing to their union.
