Sundance once again. These dates are set in stone. Start getting yourselves ready for this wonderful occasion. This is the third day of purification. Still more work to be done. Bring a Sharp knife to help strip the bark off of the choke cherry branches for the pipe alters. Don't forget to save the bark so the fire keepers can make some tea for us to drink. Good medicine.
Today will also be a solemn day as we take out the old tree and lay it to rest. A lot more work to be done on preparing the hole for the new tree.
